The Tribute

      Col. Helen Jane Mackey, US Army Nurse, Ret.

She served in the 8063rd M*A*S*H unit in Korea.  A senior surgeon nicknamed her "Hot Lips" because she always wore bright red lipstick.  Her nickname became famous when it was used in the popular TV show depicting the fictional 4077 M*A*S*H unit.  Many times during the show references were made about the real 8063rd.  

     Colonel Mackey died in April of 2011.  I made this video as a tribute to her because she was my Aunt Helen.   But, it's also a tribute to the Honor Guard and Burial Teams of Arlington Cemetery who make every funeral a proud and beautiful memory for the loved ones of those who served our country.
